Most songs arrive in about 60 seconds. While it generates, the Revelation Scroll walks you through your reading number by number — by the time the first note plays, you'll know why it sounds the way it does. If it's taking more than a few minutes, check your connection, then close and reopen the app; your song keeps generating in the background.
2Why do you need my name and birth date?✦
They're the raw material of your Pythagorean numerology chart — and your chart is what composes the music. Your Life Path number sets the genre, Expression shapes the vocal style, Soul Urge sets the mood, Personality picks the instruments, and your Birthday number drives the tempo. Different inputs, different song. That's the whole point.
3Can I see the reading behind my song?✦
Yes — every song keeps its full numerology reading attached, written in plain language. Open the song and tap the numerology view to see how each number in your chart mapped to an element of the music.
4Where are my saved songs?✦
Every song you unlock is saved to your Vault inside the app, along with its reading — and replaying your Vault is always free and unlimited, whatever your plan. Open the Vault to replay any song, revisit its chart, or share it. If a song looks missing after reopening the app, pull down to refresh or restart the app once.
5Can I make songs for friends and family?✦
Absolutely — enter their name and birth date and SoulChord composes a song for their chart. Their reading is free to run; to hear their full song, grab a one-time Song Gift ($9.99) or generate it on a SoulChord Plus plan. It makes an unreasonably good gift, and you can export any unlocked song to TikTok or Instagram straight from the player.
6Is my personal data safe?✦
We collect the minimum the experience needs — your name and birth date are used to compute your chart and compose your song. We don't sell your data. For details, see our

8Something's not working. What should I try first?✦
The classics, in order: check that you're on a stable connection, force-close and reopen the app, and make sure you're on the latest version from the App Store. If the issue survives all three, email us with your device model, iOS version, and what you were doing when it happened — screenshots help enormously.
